The Commonwealth Community Trust (CCT)
The Commonwealth Community Trust (CCT) is a statewide not for profit agency that provides an opportunity for people with disabilities to have a Trust fund that will not jeopardize public benefits such as SSI and Medicaid. There are two types of trusts: The Special Needs Trust - a third party trust usually established by a family member and The Pooled Disability Trust established by the person with a disability who comes into a sum of money.

American College of Trust and Estate Counsel

The ABA Commission on Law and Aging (CLPE) is dedicated to examining the law-related concerns of older persons.
